vijanaṃ mano'nukūlasthānaṃ nāthāṅkakaḥ praviśya sudhīḥ |
tatra sukumāramāsanamupaviśya vibhāvayecchuddhim ||1||
bhāvanāsthānamāha-vijanamityādi| śuddhiṃ viśuddhiṃ śūnyatāṃ vibhāvayediti sambandhaḥ,tadbhāvanāyaiva prākṛtāhaṅkāravyudāsāt| athavā adhimātrasattvānāṃ śūnyataiva paraṃ rakṣeti prathamataḥ śūnyataiva bhāvyā| uktañca-
tathataiva paraṃ rakṣā vighnāccittavinirmitāt|
sarvatra sarvadharmāṇāṃ viśuddhistathataiva hi||
kiṃkṛtvetyāha-vijanaṃ janarahitaṃ sthānaṃ praviśya| manonukūlamiti| manasaḥ prasādajanakam| tatreti tasmin vijane| āsanamupaviśyeti| āsanamāśritya| sukumāramiti| sukhasparśam| nāthāṅkaka iti| nāthaḥ śrīgurustadaṅkaṃ taccihnaṃ kaṃ śiro yasya sa nāthāṅkakaḥ| sudhīḥ niṣkala (luṣa)matiḥ| yoginī mayā'dhikṛteyaṃ bhagavatī,atra ca mahatāmevādhikāra iti guruṇā pratipāditaviśeṣo'pi likhyate| sudhīḥ śuddhiṃ cetaso nairmalyaṃ vibhāvayedutpādayediti sambandhaḥ| śobhanā dhīrbāhyaprajñā adhyātmaprajñā vā yasya sa sudhīḥ,saprajña ityarthaḥ|"saiva bhagavatī prajñā dhīti buddhaiḥ prakalpitā"iti hevajravacanāt| kutra sthitvetyāha - āsanamupaviśyeti| āsyate vajreṇotsargamaṇḍalena vā asyāmiti āsanaṃ dharmodayā| yaduktaṃ śrīhevajre-
ekārākṛti yaddivyaṃ madhye vaṃkārabhūṣitam|
ālayaḥ sarvasaukhyānāṃ buddharatnakaraṇḍakam||iti|
tadāśritya| sukumāramiti| manoharamaśithilaṃ sukhasparśamiti yāvat| tatreti dharmodayāyām| kathaṃ viśuddhirbhāvyetyāha-sthānaṃ praviśyeti sthīyate'smin sarvadharmairiti sthānaṃ mahāsukhaṃ tadālambyetyarthaḥ| vijanamiti| sarvadā jāyate iti jano vikalpaḥ,tena rahitam| uktañca vajraḍāke-
vijane'dhyātmasattvādivikalparahiteṣu ca |
athavā vajrakulādikanyāsamudbhavatvād vijanam| yaduktaṃ tatraiva tadeva sarvatathāgatapraśastavajrakulādiviśiṣṭa kanyājanodbhavatvād vijanam| ata eva manonukūlamiti| idaṃ kṛtamidaṃ na kṛtamityādivikalpamalakalaṅkitamanasaḥ sarvadaiva duḥkhaprasaṅgād viśvameva pratikūlamiti bhāvaḥ| nirvikalpakacittasya sarvadā sukhaprasaṅgāt| ata evoktaṃ bhagavatā - "sukhitasya manaḥ samādhīyate samāhitaśca yathābhūtaṃ prajānāti"iti| kiṃbhūtaḥ sannityāha- nāthāṅkaka iti| nātho bindustadaṅkaṃ taccihnaṃ kaṃ sukhaṃ yasya sa nāthāṅkakaḥ,bindurahitasya sukhasya duḥkharūpatvāt| athavā nātho gurustadaṅkaṃ cihnaṃ kaṃ sukhaṃ yatra sa tathā,prajñādyabhiṣeke guruṇā tatsukhasya pratipāditatvāt| tataśca kuliśasaroruhaśabdādeva mahārāgamutpādya viśuddhiḥ śūnyatākaruṇāmadhye kartavyeti sthitam| tathā ca śrīhevajre-
paramartau na ca bhāvya na bhāvaka
na ca vigraha na ca grāhya na grāhaka|
māṃsa na śoṇita viṣṭa na mūtraṃ
na ca ghṛṇa moha na śauca pavitram||
vajradharmasādhane'pyuktam- 'visphurad guhyavajraṃ padme praveśayet| tatra cittaṃ sthirīkṛtya nirvikalparūpaṃ mahāsukhaṃ bhāvayet| om śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāvātmako'hamiti paṭhet| tadatra mahārāganaye vastutaiva śūnyatā bhāvanīyetyāmnāyaḥ'||1||
tadanu ca ṣaṣṭhajinena tryakṣarajaptena vajradharahṛdayam |
saṃllikhyānāmikayā lohitakusumārcitaṃ kuryāt ||2||
vidheyāntaramāha-tadanu cetyādi| tadanantaraṃ vajradharahṛdayaṃ lohitakusumārcitaṃ kuryāditi sambandhaḥ| vajramabhedyatvāt sahajasukhaṃ tad dhārayatīti vajradharo binduḥ,sukhasaṃvalitasyaiva bindordarśanāt|
uktañca śrīhevajre-
śukrākāro bhaved bhagavān tatsukhaṃ kāminī smṛtam |iti|
tasya vajradharasya hṛdayaṃ tadekaniṣṭhatvād dharmodayāṃ lohitakusumairamlānakaravīrabandhūkaprabhṛtibhirarcitaṃ kuryāt| cakāro'bhidheyāntarasūcanārthaḥ| vakṣyamāṇaślokadvayapratipāditasyā[śayā]ṅganyāsān vidhāya paścād dharmodayāmarcayedityarthaḥ| athavā upadeśādeva tadanantarametadvidhānamiti boddhavyam| tatpakṣe cakāro'pyartha eva| kiṃkṛtvetyāha-saṃllikhyeti| samyak likhitvā pravyaktatryaṅgulaṃ cetyarthaḥ| kenetyāha- ṣaṣṭhajineneti| akṣobhyeṇa| akṣobhyasya dravatvāt kṛṣṇatvācca kṛṣṇavarṇamadanenetyarthaḥ| śrīcakrasaṃvare akṣobhyasya ṣaṣṭhatathāgatatvena vyavasthitatvāt| tathā ca lūyīpādīyābhisamaye "vijñānaskandhe vajrasattvaḥ sarvatathāgatatve śrīherukavajram"iti| tryakṣarajapteneti| om āḥ hū ityanena vāratrayaṃ śodhitena| kayā'bhilikhyetyāha-anāmikayeti| vāmakarānāmikayā,saṃvarāṇāṃ vāmācāratvāt| tathā coktaṃ śrīsaṃvare-"vāmācāraḥ sadā yogī vāmapādaṃ puraḥ kramet"iti|
vyākhyānāntaramapi-vajradharahṛdayaṃ dharmodayā| lohitakusumena rajasā arcitamullāsitaṃ kuryāt| mahārāgamayatvāt tadasyānenaiva mahārthasiddheḥ| tataśca viśvameva laukikarāgapatitamutpadyate kṣīyate ceti paramapadaprāptaye suviśuddharāgāvalambanamevocitamiti| karmamudrāmapi cittasthirīkaraṇahetutvena pratipāditavānācāryaḥ| tathā ca śrīhevajre-
yathā pāvakadagdhāśca svidyante vahninā punaḥ|
tathā rāgāgnidagdhāśca svidyante rāgavahninā||
yenaiva viṣakhaṇḍena mriyante sarvajantavaḥ |
tenaiva viṣatattvajño viṣeṇa sphoṭayedviṣam||
yathā vātagṛhītasya māṣabhakṣyaṃ pradīyate|
vātena hanyate vāto viparītauṣadhikalpanā||
yadvā vajradharahṛdayamadhyātma dharmodayāṃ lohitakusumena sarāgamānandacittenārcitamullasitaṃ kuryāt| vināpi prajñāyogasadgurucaraṇaprasādādeva tādṛgviśiṣṭacittotpatteḥ| tathā ca dauḍīpādāḥ-
vinā prajñāyogājjhaṭiti kurute vajrapadavīṃ
satāṃ tadyogād vā śiśirakarasaṃbodhakaraṇāt|
adhiṣṭhānajño yaḥ sa gururiha naivāpara iti
prabhāvo yasya drāk praharati mano durjanamiva||
tasmāt sukhacittāyattaiva susiddhiriti sthitam| vajraḍāke ca-
duṣkarairniyamaistīvrairmūrtiḥ śuṣyati duḥkhitā |
duḥkhādvikṣipyate cittaṃ vikṣepāt siddhiranyathā||
yadvā mahārasāyanatvādavaśyamevāsya nasyārthamabhāvabhāvārthañcotpādaḥ kartavya uktañca tatraiva-
mahāraktaṃ sakarpūraṃ sarvotkṛṣṭarasāyanam|
mahāraktaṃ bhavet puṣpaṃ ṛtukālasamudbhavam||iti|
saṃllikhyeti| 'likha'akṣaravinyāse| akṣaraṇarūpeṇa vinyāsaṃ kṛtvetyarthaḥ| kayetyāha- anāmikayeti| na namatītyanāmikā,tacca bolaḥ| kena lakṣita ityāha- ṣaṣṭhajineneti| kṛṣṇamadanena lakṣitaḥ| tatsevayeti bhāvaḥ| lakṣaṇe tṛtīyā| yathā kamaṇḍalunā cchātramadrākṣīt| tryakṣarajapteneti| trayāṇāṃ kāyavākcittānāmakṣaraṇena acāñcalyena japtaṃ jalpanaṃ layo yasmāt tat tathā| bhāve ktaḥ| tathā ca-
modakānāmapi vane vane vartmani vartmani|
vinyāsena yathā vārivihārī kriyate gajaḥ||
tathā cittagajaṃ netumicchuḥ sahajavārikām|
sevate madanaṃ yogī balamapyabalāmapi||
baddhaśceccittamātaṅgo guḍataṇḍulikādinā|
bhayamastaṅgataṃ sarvaṃ koṭilābho'pi saṃsthitaḥ||
sādhakastena sādhyārthamasādhyamapi sādhayet|
taddvāreṇa yataścittamasādhyamapi sādhyate||
guhyavajravilāsinīsādhane'pi-
kṛṣṭaṃ (ṣṇaṃ)madanamāsādya sukhādyaṃ vidyayā saha|
tāvanmātraṃ tu kartavyaṃ na mano vikalaṃ yathā||
yathā mahauṣadhaṃ kiñcitsusvādaṃ vyādhighātakam|
prajñopāyasukhaṃ tadvad helayā kleśanāśanam||
sarvaśya ramaṇī rāmā rāginī śuddharāgiṇām|
ekasya galapāśaḥ syādaparasya bandhakarttikā||
yadvā kiṃbhūtayā anāmikayetyāha- ṣaṣṭhajineneti| sahārthe tṛtīyā| ṣaṣṭhajinena bodhicittena sahitayā| samyaksaṃpūrṇabodhicittamilitayetyarthaḥ,tadadhīnatvādutthānasya| tryakṣarajapteneti| tryakṣaraiḥ kāyavākcittairjaptena layaṃ nītena| teṣāmavikṣepācca tadaskhalanāt| tathā ca śrīhevajre-
jalpanaṃ japamākhyātam ālikālyoḥ prajalpanāt||2||
tadanu paramādyapātre karakamalaṃ dakṣiṇetaraṃ kṣiptvā |
vidadhīta vajrasavanaṃ yathopadeśaṃ śayasparśāt ||3||
kṛtyāntaramāha- tadanvityādi| vajrasavanaṃ vidadhīteti sambandhaḥ| vajraṃ śūnyatā tadabhimukhīkaraṇahetutvāt| vajraśabdena kṛṣṇayogi dravyamabhidhīyate,kāraṇe kāryopacārāt| savanaṃ snānam| 'ṣuñ'abhiṣave| kiṃ kṛtyami (kṛtve)tyāha-karakamalaṃ kṣiptveti| karapadmavinyāsaḥ| dakṣiṇetaramiti vāmam| kutretyāha-paramādyapātra iti| paramaḥ paramānandaḥ,tadarthamādyaṃ madanaṃ mādhvīprabhṛti,tasya pātre| yathopadeśamiti| upadeśānatikrameṇa| śayasparśāditi pāṇibhyāṃ gātrasparśāt|
atropadeśaḥ-prathamamalibindumātraṃ gṛhītvā devīmantreṇa tryakṣareṇa vā snānaṃ kuryāt| tato vāmadakṣiṇahastābhyāmāliṅganābhinayena śiraḥprabhṛti pādāṅguṣṭhaparyantaṃ tatkara talalagna draveṇa gātraṃ sparśayediti| yadvā vāmakaratalabhāvitaraktapañcadalakamalasthitaṣaḍayoginīmantrāṇāṃ ṣaḍayoginīsvarūpāṇāṃ dakṣiṇakaravṛddhānāmikayā dravadravyeṇa sparśanaṃ śayasparśanam ,śayasparśa iti cāmnāyaḥ|
vyākhyānāntaramapi- vajraṃ mahāsukhaṃ tena savanaṃ snānaṃ sudhīḥ kurvīta mahāsukhamayamātmānaṃ vidadhītetyarthaḥ| vajrasya bolasya bodhicittena savanaṃ vā| abhyāsadhṛt kiñcit patiteneti bhāvaḥ| kutretyāha-paramādyapātra iti| paramamanirvacanīyaṃ rūpaṃ tadarthamādyaṃ pātraṃ mahāsukhadhāraṇāt sarvatathāgatānāmādhārabhūtatvācca dharmodayā,tatrādhārasthitetyarthaḥ| tatraiva sahajasukhotpatteḥ| upāyaprajñānāṃ ca tasminneva bandhacchedāt| tathā ca śrīhevajre-
yena tu yena tu badhyate lokastena tu tena tu bandhanamuñcet|
loko muhyati vetti na tattvaṃ tattvavivarjita siddhi na lapsyet||
yena yena hi badhyante jantavo raudrakarmaṇā|
sopāyena tu tenaiva mucyante bhavabandhanāt||
yadyevaṃ sahajasukhañca tadutpadyate ceti vyāhatametat,utpannasya nityavināśitvāt| vinaśvarasya ca laukikasukhasādhāraṇatvāt| bhavatu nāma tathāpi dṛṣṭāntatvenopanīte na doṣaḥ| yathoktam-
dhāvalyamātramilito haṃsaścandrasya dīyate hyupamā|
dattaṃ tathaiva laukikasukhamapi likhitaṃ pratītipathe||
yacca saroruhasaṅgatve pratipādyaṃ śrīmahāguruṇā|
gatireṣā'gatikānāṃ yattad dṛṣṭāntabhūmirapi||
bodho na saṃskṛtagirā hāsyaṃ bhāṣāntaraṃ viśiṣṭamapi|
giribhillapallipuruṣāḥ svavacanakalpena sādhyante||
yathoktam āryadevapādāḥ (daiḥ)-
nānyayā bhāṣayā mlecchaḥ śakyo grāhayituṃ yathā|
na laukikamṛte lokaḥ śakyo grāhayituṃ tathā||
kiñca ,yathā svapnaputrasyotpattisthitināśādayaḥ sukhaduḥkhahetavo'nubhūyante prabhāte sarvameva mṛṣā,tathaiva sarvamabhyāsakāle vidyata eva,ādijñāne tu sahaje nāstyeveti sarvameva sustham| tataśca jāte pakṣapuṭe pakṣivadākāśagamanamabhīṣṭaṃ bhūmipatanamapi samanubhavannekalagnasujātapakṣapuṭaḥ kramaśo gaganābhogamapyātmādhīnamanubhavati| yogīndre[ṇa]tataścātra prapāte'vahitena bhavitavyamiti| uktañca śrīhevajre-
sevitavyaḥ prayatnena yathā bhedo na jāyate |
bhedaḥ kāyavākcittānāṃ pṛthagbhāvo bindorapi skhalanamiti| kiṃ kṛtvetyāha- karakamalaṃ dakṣiṇetaraṃ kṣiptveti| vāmakaravṛddhāṅguṣṭhāṅgulibhyāṃ kamalapakṣadvayasya ghaṭitoddhāṭitavidhānāt| uktañca guhyavajravilāsinīsādhane'pi-
karavṛddhāṅgulībhyāṃ tu padmapakṣadvayaṃ śanaiḥ|
ghaṭitodghāṭitaṃ kuryāt sphuradañcāmbujānanam||iti|
athavā paramarthaṃ māti paricchinattīti paraṃ saṃvillakṣaṇakṣaṇaṃ bodhicittaṃ tasyādyaṃ pātraṃ bhiduraṃ tatra karakamalaṃ kṣiptvā karavannirlomatādiguṇasampannaṃ kamalaṃ prajñāpadmaṃ tadvinyasyetyarthaḥ| uktañca śrīcakrasaṃvare-''padmaṃ pāṇitalaṃ kuryāt''iti| guhyavajravilāsinīsādhane'pi- padmaṃ pāṇitalaṃ kuryād bāhumūladvayaṃ tathā | iti|
svayaṃ padmāsanāsīno nāyikāmaṅge niveśyeti bhāvaḥ| yadvā bāhyamudrāyā abhāvāt kara eva kamalaṃ karakamalaṃ kareṇaivollāsayedityarthaḥ| na kevalaṃ karakamalaṃ dakṣiṇetaraṃ vāmadakṣiṇabāhu (yu)dvayañca kṣiptvā antarlīnīkṛtya| mahāsukha iti śeṣaḥ| kiṃ ca,cyavanamahāsukhamahauṣadhādinā bindustambhanamidaṃ dvayamaśuddharāgiṇāmapi sambhāvyate| kathaṃ vā anavacchinnarūpo mahāsukhamayaḥ karmāṅganāyāmutpadyatām ?yathoktam-
yairyaistribhuvanamadhye kṣarasukhamanubhūtamekadā taccet|
ekatra bhavati labhate na sahajasukhakoṭimāṃśamapi||
laghutākāraṇajatvaṃ kṣaṇakṣayitvaṃ ca duḥkhakāritvam|
yatrāsti tena sādhyaḥ satsukhanāthaḥ kathaṃ bhavitā||
iti śaṅkāyāmāha- yathopadeśaṃ śayasparśāt| śayanaṃ śayo nidrā vijñānendriyayā (yoḥ)nirodhaḥ,ananyagāmitvamekaniṣṭhateti yāvat| tasya sparśāttadabhimukhīkaraṇāt| yadvā śayo nidrā tatsāmyānmaraṇamabhidhīyate| maraṇaṃ ca vāyuvijñānendriyayornirodhasvarūpaṃ dhyānam tasya sparśāt tadabhimukhīkaraṇāt| yathoktaṃ śrīhevajre-
maraṇaṃ yena sukheneha tatsukhaṃ dhyānamucyate|
alpasya maraṇasya mithyārūpatvāt| yathoktaṃ śrīcakrasaṃvare-
mṛtyurnāma vikalpo'yaṃ nīyate khecarīpadam| iti|
atropadeśo'pyabhidhīyate-
calaścet pavano daṣṭaṃ mahāsukhamanuttaram|
taddvāreṇaiva śrayaṇaṃ pratidaṃśaḥ pratikriyā||
sākṣātpūrvānubhūtāṃ vā mukhayan sukhasaṃpadām|
antargatena manasā kāmasiddhiṃ tu bhāvayet||
śrīhevajre ca-
bhāvyate hi jagat sarvaṃ manasā yasmān na bhāvyate|
sarvadharmaparijñānaṃ bhāvanā naiva bhāvanā||
teṣāmekaṃ paraṃ nāsti svasaṃvedyaṃ mahatsukham|
svasaṃvedyād bhavet siddhiḥ svasaṃvedyaṃ hi bhāvanā||
tathā ca-
bhuñjan mahāsukhaṃ supto vijñānaviṣayendriyaiḥ|
stutinindāyaśolābhavikalpān kuṭivat kuru||
iyaṃ bhusukacaryāpi kriyate yadi cetasi|
tadā śāntamanovāhān sukhena prahariṣyati||
iyaṃ bhusukapādena kṛpayā pratipāditā|
suptvāpi nivasanaṃ (n)kvāpi sidhyatyeva pratīkṣyatām||3||
pravidhāya karanyāsaṃ vṛddhāṅguṣṭhāṅgulisamāyogāt |
kurvītāṅganyāsaṃ ṣaḍbhirvīreśvarīmantraiḥ ||4||
kṛtyāntaramāha- pravidhāyetyādi| aṅganyāsaṃ kurvīteti sambandhaḥ| kairityāha- ṣaḍbhirvīreśvarīmantrairiti| vīre śvaryo vajravārāhī-yāminī-mohinī-sañcālanī- santrāsanī-caṇḍikā'bhidheyāḥ ṣaḍayoginyastāsāṃ ṣaḍbhirmantraiḥ| tatrāyaṃ mantranyāsaḥ-om vaṃ nābhau | hoṃ yoṃ hṛdaye| hrīṃ moṃ kaṇṭhe | hreṃ hrīṃ mukhe| hū hū śirasi| phaṭ phaṭ sarvāṅgeṣvastram| pravidhāya karanyāsamiti| ādau karanyāsaṃ kṛtvā | vṛddhāṅguṣṭhāṅgulisamāyogāditi vāmahastavṛddhāṅguṣṭhamārabhyāṅgulīṣu samāyogāt kaniṣṭhāṃ yāvadityarthaḥ | tatrāyaṃ kramaḥ-om va aṅguṣṭhe| hoṃ yoṃ tarjjanyām| hrīṃ moṃ madhyamāyām| hreṃ hrīṃ anāmikāyām| hū hū kaniṣṭhāyām| phaṭ phaṭ sarvāṅgulyagre| sarvāsāmeva mūleṣvityāmnāyaḥ|
vyākhyānāntaramapi-aṅganyāsaṃ kurvīteti sambandhaḥ| aṅgaḥ apānavāyuḥ| kairityāha-vīreśvarīmantrairiti| vīro mahāsukhacakrasthitaḥ śrīherukarūpo hakāraḥ,tasyeśvarī nirmāṇacakrasthitacaṇḍālīrūpiṇī bhagavatī,tasyā mantrairiti| mananāttrāṇāt,mantrairupāyaiḥ| ṣaḍbhiriti| prāṇāyāmādiṣaṭprakāraiḥ| athavā ṣaḍbhiriti sahārthe tṛtīyā| ṣaḍbhiḥ sahitamaṅganyāsaṃ kurvītetyarthaḥ| tathā coktam-
pratyāhārastathā dhyānaṃ prāṇāyāmaśca dhāraṇā|
anusmṛtiḥ samādhiśca ṣaḍaṅgo yoga iṣyate||
tathā ca śrīkālacakre-
pratyāhāro jinendro bhavati daśavidho dhyānamakṣobhya eva
prāṇāyāmaśca khaḍgī punarapi daśadhā dhāraṇā ratnapāṇiḥ|
ḍombyāṃ cānusmṛtiḥ syādapi kamaladharaḥ śrīsamādhiśca cakrī
ekaikaḥ pañcabhedaiḥ punarapi ca yato bhidyate hyādikādyaiḥ||
pratyāhāro daśānāṃ viṣayaviṣayiṇāmapravṛttiḥ śarīre
prajñā tarko vicāro ratiracalasukhaṃ dhyānamapyekacittam|
prāṇāyāmo dvimārgaḥ skhalanamapi bhavenmadhyame prāṇaveśo
bindau prāṇapraveśo hyubhayagatihato dhāraṇā caikacittam ||
caṇḍālyālokanaṃ yadbhavati khalu tanau cāmbare'nusmṛtiḥ syāt
prajñopāyātmakenākṣaraṇasukhavaśājjñānabimbe samādhiḥ|
etanmṛdvādibhedaistrividhamapi bhavet sādhanaṃ viśvabhartu-
stistro mudrāstrimātrāstrividhagativaśāt karmasaṅkalpadivyāḥ||
kiṃ kṛtvetyāha-pravidhāya karanyāsamiti| kaṃ mahāsukhacakraṃ rāti guhṇātīti karaḥ prāṇavāyuḥ,tasya nyāsaṃ haṭhena madhyamāmārgapraveśanaṃ kṛtvetyarthaḥ| tathā ca tatraiva-
yā śaktirnābhimadhyād vrajati parapadaṃ dvādaśāntaṃ kalāntaṃ
sā nābhau sanniruddhā taḍidanalanibhā daṇḍarūpotthitā ca |
cakrāccakrāntaraṃ vai mṛdulalitagatiścālitā madhyanāḍayāṃ
yāvaccoṣṇīṣarandhraṃ spṛśati haṭhatayā sūcivadbāhyacarma||
āpānaṃ tatra kāle paramahaṭhatayā prerayedūrdhvamārga
uṣṇīṣaṃ bhedayitvā vrajati parapuraṃ vāyuyugme niruddhe|
evaṃ vajraprabodhānmanasi saviṣayāt khecaratvaṃ prayāti
pañcābhijñāsvabhāvā bhavati punariyaṃ yogināṃ viśvamātā||
kasmāt kartavyamityāha- vṛddhāṅguṣṭhāṅgulisamāyogāditi| aṅguṣṭho vajraṃ vṛddhaścāsāvaṅguṣṭhaśceti vṛddhāṅguṣṭhaḥ tacca bolaḥ| aṅge līyate ityaṅgulī śukraṃ nairukto varṇaviparyayaḥ| tābhyāṃ samāyogo'skhalanaṃ tasmādityarthaḥ|
vīreśvarīśabdasyopadeśā'rtho likhyate-
ūkārādūrdhvagāmitvaṃ īkārātpavaneraṇā|
repho vahnimayī rekhā īśvarī sarvasaukhyataḥ||
iyaṃ tvālambanarūpā hetucaṇḍālī jñānarūpiṇītvād mudrotpannaspandasukhadāyinī| bindorutthāpanārthamevotthāpitetyasmadguravaḥ| ta de va dṛṣṭāntarasikānāṃ pratipādyate-
kamalaṃ samapātrasthaṃ pradīpoddīpitāntaram|
pidhānādhomukhī(kha)ghaṭīmūlaṃ mūrdhani tiṣṭhati||
vastutastu svarasavāhiniḥ spandasukhadāyinyāṃ sahajarūpiṇyāmeva yogibhiḥ patitavyam| yadāha-''ṣaḍaṅge bodhicittasya rakṣaṇamiti mṛdumātrā,spandagatirmadhyamātrā,niḥspandagatiradhimātramātreti| evaṃ karmamudrā kṣarasukhadāyinī,jñānamudrā spandanasukhadāyikā,mahāmudrā niḥspandanasukhadāyikā"iti| uktañca-
kulīraśiśuvat pakvakadalīphalavad dṛḍham|
niṣpratīhetusadbhāvānu(da)deti phalarūpiṇī||
caṇḍālyevopadeśena mahāsukhavilāsinī|
saiva nairātmikā devī vajravairocanī ca sā||
tataścaṇḍālīparihāreṇa vyākhyāyate-aṅganyāsaṃ kurvīteti sambandhaḥ| aṃ-akārarūpiṇīṃ nirmāṇacakrasthitāṃ devīṃ gaṃ-gacchatītyaṅgo'pānavāyuḥ| tasya nyāsamākuñcanamuttolanaṃ vidadhīta| kiṃ kṛtvetyāha-pravidhāya karanyāsamiti| karasya dvidhātvāt karaśabdena bāhu(vāyu)dvayamabhidhīyate,tasya nyāsaṃ nirodhaṃ kṛtvetyarthaḥ| tathā ca śrīhevajre-
maṇḍalaṃ pādalekhaḥ syād malanād maṇḍalamucyate||
karasphoṭo bhavenmudrā'ṅgulyā moṭanaṃ tathā|
anyathā apānavātasya śaithilyotpatteḥ| anena pūrvoktameva bāhu(vāyu)dvayamākṛṣya mahāsukhe praveśanīyamiti sūcitam|vāyusthairyeṇaiva kāryasiddhiḥ|yathoktaṃ śrīkālacakre-
madhye prāṇapraveśaḥ saraviśaśigaterbandhanaṃ savyavāme
cittaṃ mudrāprasaṅge paramasukhagataṃ vajrasambodhanaṃ ca|
abje vajradhvanirvā svakarasalilajollālanaṃ saukhyaheto-
rbījātyāgaḥ sasaukhyo maraṇabhayaharaḥ śrīgurorvaktrametat|
tathā ca-
vāyorāyurvapurbindormuktiścittāt suniścalāt|
trayāṇāmekasaṃyogāt tripuṭī sā prakīrtitā||
kasmāt kartavyamityāha- vṛddhāṅguṣṭhāṅgulisamāyogāditi| aṅge tiṣṭhatītyaṅguṣṭho vajram| nairukto varṇaviparyayaḥ| vṛddhāṅguṣṭhastīvrabolaḥ,aṅgulī śukraṃ tābhyāṃ samāyogātskhalanam tasmāt| uktañca-
yasya prajñāsaṅge patati śitāṃśuḥ kutaḥ sukhaṃ tasya |
mukulaṃ vasantasaṅge patati phalaṃ kena cūtasya||
tathā ca-
prajñāsaṅge śaśī yasya parisīdati paṅkaje|
anveṣate phalaṃ mūrkhaḥ sa bhittvā kusumāvalīm||
guhyavajravilāsinīsādhane'pi-
manthayet kamalāmbhodhiṃ sahajāmṛtakāṅkṣayā||
vairāgyakālakūṭaṃ ca nottiṣṭhati yathā tathā|
ṣaḍbhiriti| cakṣurādiṣaḍvijñānena lakṣitaḥ sahito vā| kiṃbhūtairityāha-vīreśvarīmantrairiti| vīro bhagavān tasya īśvarī śūnyatā saiva mananāttrāṇān mantra upāyo yeṣāṃ taiḥ| athavā vīreśvaryāḥ śūnyatāyā mantrairupāyaistāneva lakṣyīkṛtya tasyā udayāt||4||
tadanu ca vajradharopari raṅgāruṇayogajaṃ samamamatram |
bhujagabhavaiḥ suviśuddhaiḥ sicayagatairavakirecchanakaiḥ ||5||
vidheyāntaramāha-tadanu cetyādi| ca-śabdaḥ punararthe| amatraṃ pātram avakiret churayediti sambandhaḥ| raṅgāruṇayogajamiti| raṅgo vaṅgaḥ,aruṇaṃ tāmraṃ tayoryogo melakam tasmājjātaṃ kāṃsyamityarthaḥ| samamiti tulyaṃ kalaṅkakharadardurādirahitam| darpaṇamiti bhāvaḥ| kaiśchurayedityāha-bhujagabhavairiti| bhujago nāgaḥ śīśakastadbhavaiḥ| suviśuddhairiti dalarahitaiḥ| sicayagatairiti| sicayaṃ ślakṣṇaṃ vastraṃ tadgataiḥ| śanakairiti| laghukramāṅgulanyāsena raktavastreṇa dolikāṃ kṛtvā tatra sindūraṃ dattvā aṅgulyā kiñcit krameṇa cālayet ityāśayaḥ| kutretyāha-vajradharoparīti | vajraṃ madanaṃ tad dhārayatīti vajradharaṃ madanasahitaṃ pātram tasyopari|
vyākhyānāntaramapi-amatraṃ pātramavakirediti sambandhaḥ| amo rogaścaturuttaracatuḥ śatavyādhyātmakaṃ duḥkham tasmāt trāyata ityamatraṃ mahāsukhaṃ viśveṣāmādhārabhūtatvād vā amatraṃ mahāsukhasvarūpaṃ pātram| tadavakiret saṃyojayet| samamiti sarvatraikarūpatvāt| raṅgāruṇayogajamiti| raṅgaḥ śubhratvāt sarāgatvād vā bodhicittam aruṇamamitābho rajaḥ,tayoryoga-stasmājjātam| kutra tadvidheyamityāha-vajradharoparīti| vajraṃ kuliśaṃ tadeva dharaḥ sarvato'gamyatvāt prapātatvājjātasyopari tasya śikhare| kaiḥ sahāvakiredityāha-bhujagabhavairiti| bhujago nāgastadudbhavairviṣairviṣayā eva viṣam anarthahetutvāt| tathā ca śrīhevajre-
sevitavyā ime sevyā nirviṣīkṛtya śuddhitaḥ|iti|
tathā ca tatraiva-
tadvat saṃsārakaṃ ratnaṃ pañcakāmaguṇairyutam|
aśuddho viṣatāṃ yāti śuddhaḥ pīyūṣavad bhavet||
kiṃbhūtaiḥ?suviśuddhaiḥ| ete'pi viṣayāḥ svarūpato mahāsukharūpiṇaḥ,kintvavidyāvaśādviṣavanniṣpadyanta iti sahajavṛttyā supariśodhitaiḥ| sicayagatairiti| sicaye karpaṭe nibaddhairiva saṃvṛtairityarthaḥ| śanakairiti dhairyeṇa| athavā bhujagaḥ sihlastadbhavai rāgaiḥ| saheti śeṣaḥ | laukikarāgo'pi tatra nikṣeptavya iti bhāvaḥ| yadvā bhujagabhavaiḥ sindūrairiva sindūraiḥ sarāgatvād mahārāgarasaiḥ| avakiredityarthaḥ||5||
tatra jinahṛdayahṛdayaṃ cakraṃ śikhikoṭikaṃ samabhilikhya |
tadgarbhe mantrālīṃ gāṅgeyaśalākayā vilikhet ||6||
kartavyāntaramāha-tatretyādi| mantrālīṃ bhagavatīṃ mantrapaṅktiṃ vilikhediti sambandhaḥ| kiṃkṛtvetyāha- cakraṃ samabhilikhyeti| jinahṛdayahṛdayamiti| jinā vairocanādayaścatvārastathāgatāḥ,tasya (teṣāṃ)hṛdayamakṣobhyasvarūpo bhagavān śrīherukaḥ,tasyāpi hṛdayaṃ dharmodayā,tatsvarūpam| śikhikoṭikamiti| śikhiḥ agniḥ,tasya trayatvāt traya eva koṭayo'strāṇi yasya| svārthe kan| cakrasya trikoṇamityarthaḥ| tatreti sindūrakṣodadhūsaramukure| mantrālyeva kutra likhitavyetyāha-tadgarbha iti| darpaṇatalalikhitadharmodayāgarbhe| kayā tallikhanīyamityāha- gāṅgeyaśalākayeti| gāṅgeyaṃ suvarṇaṃ tacchalākayā vāmahastena likhitavyamityanantaraślokād boddhavyamupadeśād vā|
atrāmnāyaḥ- ādau indubindunādasahitā vakārarūpiṇī bhagavatī dharmodayā kiñjalke likhanīyā| paścād dharmodayāmadhye kāyavākcittaviśuddhayā smaraśaṅkaradiksaṃkhyāmilitapaṅktitrayeṇa mantroddhārotthitabhagavatīmantrarājo likhanīyaḥ| ubhayacakrapratipādakabhagavadbhagavatīsvarūpahakārākārābhyāṃ hākārarūpaniṣpannaśeṣākṣara (rai)ścādvaitaviśuddhayā adhasi vakāropari likhanīyamiti| athavā kiñjalke omkāraṃ dattvā dharmodayārekhayaiva pārśve trayo likhanīyāḥ| madhye vakāra ityapi kasyacidāmnāyaḥ|
vyākhyānāntaramapi- tatreti dharmodayāyāṃ mantrālīm avadhūtīṃ vilikhet| akṣararūpeṇa sthāpayedityarthaḥ| manasastrāṇānmantrāḥ pavanasahāyā bindavasteṣāṃ sukhacakragamanād ālī setuḥ paddhatiriti mantrālīśabdenāvadhūtyevābhidhīyate| kayā vilikhyai (khe)dityāha-gāṅgeyaśalākayeti| gāṃ pṛthivīṃ dharmodayāṃ gacchatīti gaṅgā sumeruśikharānnipatantī amṛtadhārā tasyāḥ saṃjātā iti gāṅgeyā bindavaḥ,tatpravāhādeva teṣāṃ maṇiśikharotpatteḥ,ta eva bindavastadvartmanā gacchantaḥ| śalākeva śalākā avadhūtīśuṣiramevāvāpya tadgamanāt| kiṃkṛtvetyāha-cakramityādi| jinaḥ śrīherukastasyāpi hṛdayaṃ mahāsukhākhyaṃ cakraṃ tatra sarvadaivodayāt| tadabhilikhya tadākāryetyarthaḥ| śikhikoṭikamiti| śikhī caṇḍālī jvālā tasyā koṭiragrabhāgaḥ,sa eva ke mastake yasya ,adhomukhatvād vakārasyeti bhāvaḥ| tadgarbhamiti| mahāsukhamadhya evetyarthaḥ| athavā mantrālīṃ vilikhed bindudhārāmarpayet| kayetyāha- gāṅgeyaśalākayeti| gāṅgeyo binduḥ,tadgamanārthaṃ śalākeva śalākā avadhūtī,tayā| kiṃkṛtvetyāha- jinahṛdayahṛdayaṃ samabhilikhyeti| jinaḥ śrīherukastasya hṛdayamakṣaro bodhicittaṃ tasya hṛdayaṃ mahāsukhaṃ tat samyak cetasi nidhāyetyarthaḥ| cakramiti| sakalavikalpocchedakatvāt| śikhikoṭikamiti śikhī vahnistasya koṭiragramatiśayarūpaṃ yasya tathā,ajñānendhanadahanādatitīkṣṇatvācca||6||
cakrasya bāhyabhāge pūrvottarapaścimārkidigdeśe |
satsvastikānabhilikhet krameṇa vāmena hastena ||7||
viśeṣamāha- cakrasyetyādi| satsvastikānaviśiṣṭānāvartānabhilikhet| kutrābhilikhedityāha- cakrasya bāhyabhāga iti| dharmodayābahirbhāge| tatrāpyanekasthānasaṃbhavānniścayamāha-pūrvottarapaścimārkidigdeśa iti| arkasyāpatyamārkiryamaḥ| krameṇeti| pūrvottarādikrameṇa vāmahasteneti subodham|
vyākhyānāntaramapi- sad vidyamānaṃ suṣṭhu svastikaṃ sukhaṃ yeṣāṃ te svastikā bindavaḥ| tānabhilikhed vinyasediti sambandhaḥ| kutra nyasedityāha- cakrasya bāhyabhāga iti| mahāsukhacakrasya bahirbhāge| kiṃbhūte?pūrvottarapaścimārkidiśa eva deśo yasya tasmin| pratiparamāṇu pratiromakūpamityarthaḥ| kena likhitā ityāha- hasteneti pavanena| pañcāṅgulīpratipāditapañcatvāt śarīrasthitānāṃ pavanānāṃ grahaṇam| kiṃbhūtena?vāmena manohareṇa,avikṣiptenetyarthaḥ| kathaṃ vilikhedityāha-krameṇātidhairyeṇa,acyutatvāt| pratiromakūpakrameṇa vā||7||
ākṛṣya vajradevīṃ praveśya mantrākṣareṣu baddhvā ca |
paritoṣayed vidhānāj jaḥ hū va horiti paṭhitvā ||8||
vidhānāntaramāha- ākṛṣyetyādi| vajradevīṃ paritoṣayediti sambandhaḥ| kiṃkṛtvetyāha- ākṛṣyeti| mukuratalalikhitadevīmantramālāmayūkhairaṅkuśākārairakaniṣṭhabhuvanasthitāṃ devīṃ jaḥkāreṇākṛṣya | praveśyeti | mantrākṣareṣu darpaṇatalalikhiteṣu hūṃkāreṇa praveśya| baddhveti| tatraiva mantrākṣareṣu vaṃkāreṇa baddhavā supratibaddhāṃ kṛtvā|kathamākarṣaṇaṃ kartavyamityāha- jaḥ hū va horiti paṭhitvā| etānākarṣaṇapraveśanabandhanato ma(mū)lamantrān pratyekaṃ pratikṛtya bhāvanāpūrvakaṃ paṭhitvetyarthaḥ| vidhānāditi| jā (jvā)lāmudrādikaṃ kurvan| "ākrāntapādordhvadṛṣṭistu mūrdhnā pheṃkāranādataḥ"iti cāmnāyaḥ|
vyākhyānāntaramapi-vajradevīṃ caṇḍālīṃ paritoṣayedāpyāyitāṃ kuryāt| ākṛṣyeti| ūrdhvaṃ gatāmapi patitāmṛtadhārā(ra)yā'vanatāṃ kṛtvetyarthaḥ| praveśya mantrākṣareṣviti| mantro bodhicittaṃ tasyākṣareṣu mahāsukhajñāneṣvantarbhāvya tadrūpe niṣpādyetyarthaḥ| niṣpāditakalāyāstu tasyā heturūpeṇa sthātumayuktatvāt sahajacaṇḍālītvameva yuktamityabhiprāyaḥ| baddhavā ceti| mahāsukhe supratibaddhāṃ kṛtvā| vidhānāditi| yathā'bhidhānena| tadeva spaṣṭayati-jaḥ hū va horiti paṭhitvā| etadakṣaracatuṣṭayārthayuktakrameṇāmukhīkṛtve (tye)tyarthaḥ||8||
tadanu saparyāṃ vividhāṃ tasyā vidadhīta mantrarūpāyāḥ |
bhakṣyairbhojyairlehyaiḥ peyaiścoṣyaiḥ sakāmaguṇaiḥ ||9||
pūjāmāha- tadanvityādi| tadanantaraṃ tasyāḥ saparyāṃ pūjāṃ vidadhīta kurvīteti sambandhaḥ| mantrarūpāyā iti| kṣīranīravadekīkṛtamantrarūpāyāḥ| vividhāmiti| nānāprakārām| bhakṣyairiti piṣṭakādibhiḥ| bhojyairiti annaiḥ| lehyairiti madhuprabhṛtibhiḥ| peyairiti pānakādibhiḥ| coṣyairiti āmrādibhiḥ| sakāmaguṇairiti pañcakāmopabhogaiḥ|
vyākhyānāntaramapi-tasyā devyāḥ saparyāmanavaratābhyāsādekaniṣṭhatāṃ kurvīta| mantrarūpāyā iti| mahāsukharūpāyāḥ| kairhetubhūtairityāha- teṣāmeva secanādbalavṛddhaiḥ,balācca sukhotpattiriti| sakāmaguṇairiti| pañcakāmaguṇopabhogamapi niḥsaṃgena vidadhītetyarthaḥ| yadvā kāmasya trayodaśatvād guṇānāṃ ca tritvāt kāmaguṇaśabdena ṣoḍaśa saṃkrāntayaḥ pavanānāmabhidhīyante| pratidinamanayā bhāvanayā śvāsalābhāt kramaśo mahāsukha evāntarbhāvāditi bhāvaḥ||9||
vividhairbalaiḥ samadanairupahāraiḥ pañcabhiratiparārdhyaiḥ |
gītairvādyairnṛtyaiḥ pradakṣiṇāpraṇatinutibhiśca || 10||
na kevalametairityāha-vividhairityādi| balairmāṃsaiḥ| vividhairnānāprakārairgokudahanairityarthaḥ| samadanairiti dravyasahitaiḥ| upahāraiḥ pañcabhiriti| pañcopahāraiḥ| atiparārdhyaiḥ śreṣṭhaiḥ| gītairvajragītaiḥ| anyairiti sulalitaiḥ | vādyairvīṇāveṇuprabhṛtinirgataiḥ | nṛtyairvajrapadopanītaiḥ | pradakṣiṇāpraṇatinutibhiśceti| pradakṣiṇapraṇāmastavaiḥ|
vyākhyānāntaramapi-balairiti| gokudahanasvarūpaiḥ pañcaskandhātmakavairocanaratnasaṃbhavāmitābhāmoghākṣobhyākhyebhyasteṣāmapi mahāsukhe'ntarbhāvāt| samadanairiti| madayatīti madano'ṅkārastatsahitaiḥ| upakriyate ādriyate viśvamebhiriti upahārā viṣayāstaiḥ| pañcabhiriti cakṣurādipañcavijñānaiḥ| atiparārdhyairdveṣādibhiḥ| gītairiti| mahāsukhotthitanādarūpadhvanibhirlakṣitaiḥ| vādyairiti kuliśaśabdaiḥ| nṛtyairiti suratāṅgabhaṅgaiḥ| pradakṣiṇeti vajrapadmasya dakṣiṇāvartacālanaiḥ| praṇatiriti dhyānāvanatadṛṣṭitā| nutiriti hākārasītkārādiḥ| athavā etaiḥ sarvaireva sahetyarthaḥ| tatkārye sarveṣāṃ tulyarūpatvāt||10||
pratidivasaṃ pratipakṣaṃ pratimāsaṃ vā tithau daśamyāṃ sat |
kuryād yathoktapūjāvidhimasyāḥ siddhimākāṅkṣan ||11||
iti tattvajñānasaṃsiddhau bāhyapūjāvidhiḥ ||
kadā kartavyamityāha- pratidivasamityādi| yathoktapūjāvidhiṃ kuryāditi sambandhaḥ| asyā iti| mantrarūpāyā devyāḥ| pratidivasaṃ nityaṃ pratipakṣaṃ sitāsitadaśamyām| pratimāsamiti kṛṣṇadaśamyām| yoginyāḥ kṛṣṇapakṣa evādhikārāt| tithau daśamyāmiti| daśamyeva devītithirityarthaḥ| sa tu paṇḍitaḥ siddhimākāṅkṣan iti| laukikalokottarasiddhimabhivāñchan|
vyākhyānāntaramapi- asyā mahāsukharūpāyā yathoktapūjāvidhiṃ kuryāt| pratidivasamiti,dinasyopalambharūpatvāt pratyupalambham| yadyadupalabhyate tattanmahāsukhe praveśayedityarthaḥ| pratipakṣamiti| bhāvapakṣamabhāvapakṣaṃ vā| pratimāsamiti| māsasya pakṣadvayamilitatvāt| ubhayapakṣamapi mahāsukhe niyojayediti bhāvaḥ| uktañca bhagavatā-
arthapratiśaraṇena bodhisattvena bhavitavyaṃ na śabdapratiśaraṇena| iti|
siddhimākāṅkṣanniti siddhimicchan| kutretyāśaṅkāyāmāha-daśamyāmiti| daśamyāṃ bhūmau daśabhūmīśvaratvamicchannityarthaḥ| tithāviti |
daśamībhūmireva devītithistatra sarvadā sannihitatvāt||11||
śrīmadvikramaśīladevamahāvihārīyamahāpaṇḍitabhikṣuvīryaśrīmitraviracitāyāṃ tattvajñānasaṃsiddhipañjikāyāṃ bāhyapūjāvidhiḥ ||
